New Circular Issued on Efficiency Bar (EB) Modules for Teachers

The Ministry of Educationhas issued a new circular regarding the Efficiency Bar (EB) Examination Modules for Teachers. The circular provides updated guidelines on the compulsory EB training programs that teachers must complete as part of their professional development.

According to the circular, teachers must undergo structured training sessions before sitting for the EB examination. The ministry has outlined the following key points:

• Updated EB Training Programs: The EB training modules have been revised to align with the latest education policies. The revised modules will be implemented from July 1, 2025.
• Mandatory Completion: All teachers who are required to pass the EB examination must complete the specified training before being eligible to sit for the exam.
• No of Modules Reduced to 10

Education officials are encouraged to ensure that teachers complete the required training sessions within the given timeframe. Further details regarding the EB training program and examination schedule will be communicated through the respective Provincial and Zonal Education Departments.
