• Monthly Allowance:
  • 1st Year: Rs. 42,000
  • 2nd Year: Rs. 52,000

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Sri Lankan citizenship.
• Minimum 5 passes in G.C.E. O/L in one sitting.
• Military/Police Background:
  • Rank of Lance Corporal (Army), Able Seaman (Navy), Leading Aircraftman (Air Force), or Constable (Police) or higher.
  • Minimum 5 years of service in Armed Forces/Police (resigned or due for release).
  • Preference for 1+ year of bank security experience.
• Valid driving licenses for light vehicles & motorcycles.
• Height Requirement:
  • Male: 5’4” or taller | Female: 5’2” or taller.
• Age Limit: Below 35 years (as of application closing date).

Preferred Skills

• Firefighting, bomb disposal, self-defense, or security equipment handling.
• Sports/athletics background.
• English proficiency & interpersonal skills.
