Lanka Salt Limited, Sri Lanka’s leading salt manufacturer and holder of international ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000 certifications, has opened applications for key positions, including Manager – Laboratory Quality Control and Junior Executive Assistant (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering).

Available Positions & Requirements

1. Manager – Laboratory Quality Control (MM 1-1)
   • Role: Oversee lab operations, ensure product quality, and coordinate with production teams.
   • Qualifications:
     • Degree in Chemical Science, Physical Science, or Laboratory Technology (UGC-recognized).
     • 10+ years of experience in production/quality control (government or private sector).
   • Salary: Rs. 53,175–96,325 + allowances (total ~Rs. 80,000+).
2. Junior Executive Assistant – Mechanical/Electrical (JM 1-1, 05 Posts)
   • Role: Maintain machinery, support production, and troubleshoot technical issues.
   • Qualifications:
     • Degree in a relevant field OR NVQ Level 6/7 certification in technical/vocational education.
     • 5–10 years of experience (government or private sector).
   • Salary: Rs. 42,600–70,580 + allowances (total ~Rs. 68,000+).

General Eligibility Criteria

• Citizenship: Sri Lankan.
• Age Limit: 22–45 years (waived for internal applicants).
• Other: Good health, moral character, and willingness to work at Mahalewaya, Bundala, or Palatapana salterns.
