E-COMMERCE & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to take full ownership of Monik Group’s digital presence. You will be the bridge between our products and our customers, responsible for managing our online storefront (Electronic & Furniture Store) and executing high-impact social media strategies to drive growth across all our business sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily Maintenance: Manage the backend of the Monik website and furniture online store, ensuring all product listings, prices, and descriptions are accurate and up to date.
- User Experience (UX): Optimize the online customer journey from landing page to checkout to increase conversion rates.
- Inventory & Orders: Coordinate with the Trading Team, MFX Factory and logistics teams to ensure online stock levels are synchronized and orders are processed efficiently.
- SEO Optimization: Implement On page and Technical SEO to improve organic search rankings for our services and products.
- Platform Management: Grow and manage our presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Content Creation: Design and write engaging posts, stories, and reels that highlight Monik’s financial services and furniture designs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento) and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
- Digital Marketing: Strong grasp of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media algorithms.
- Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) for creating digital assets.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing, preferably in the retail or Trading sector.
